Nutella and coconut pavesini, delicious sweets you can prepare in a short time, without baking. A very simple recipe, for sweets that everyone likes!

 Ingredients

  • 32 pavesini biscuits
  • 20 g espresso coffee
  • 20 g  milk
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 60 g  mascarpone cheese
  • 60 g  nutella
  • 20 g coconut flour

Nutella and coconut pavesini are very easy to prepare. Doses regarding the ingredients are approximate, because you can adapt them to your tastes. You can, for example, increase or decrease the amount of nutella or mascarpone cheese spreads.

Prepare the coffee and pour it into a bowl with the milk. Add sugar and stir well to melt it. Let cool.

Spread the mascarpone on half of pavesini.

Spread the nutella on the other half of pavesini.

Join toghether two pavesini , like a sandwich, one spreaded with mascarpone and the other with nutella.

Prepare this way the rest of pavesini.

Soak quickly the pavesini you have prepared in the coffe with milk and then roll them in the coconut flour.

Prepare the same way the rest of the sweets and arrange on a serving dish.

Place nutella and coconut pavesini in the refrigerator for at least one hour before you enjoy them!

You can use less sugar, if you don’t add it to the coffe.

To make  lighter sweets, you can use less mascarpone and nutella.

You can sprinkle the pavesini sweets with cocoa, passing it through a sieve to make sure it falls soft and evenly.

Be careful to soak the sweets very quickly. It will seem that they are not soaked enough, but after letting them rest, they will be soft.

Of course, you can prepare your sweets soaking them in coffee or only milk.
