You can serve it like in the picture or you can prepare croutons and present them ready. Ham mousse Difficulty: easy Prep time: 15 minutes Cook: 15 minutes Serves: 8-10 Cost: low Ingredients [su_divider top=”no” style=”double” divider_color=”#c96115″ link_color=”#c96115″ size=”3″ margin=”10″] 400 gr cooked ham 30 gr butter 25 gr flour 250 gr milk 150 g of whipped cream 1 tablespoon dry Marsala salt Instructions [su_divider top=”no” style=”double” divider_color=”#c96115″ link_color=”#c96115″ size=”3″ margin=”10″] Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat. Add flour stirring. Add milk, at room temperature, in the saucepan, stirring constantly. Cook, over low heat, until you get a thick, homogeneous cream. To avoid lumps, whisk continuously . Salt the sauce and let cool. Put the ham in a food processor and process until smooth. Whip the cream. Whisk the sauce with ham and add marsala. Mix gently whipped cream to the compound.
