Ham mousse is a delicious appetizer, easy and quick to prepare. You can serve it like in the picture or you can prepare croutons and present them ready.

Ingredients

- 400 gr cooked ham
- 30 gr butter
- 25 gr flour
- 250 gr milk
- 150 g of whipped cream
- 1 tablespoon dry Marsala
- salt

Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat. Add flour stirring.
Add milk, at room temperature, in the saucepan, stirring constantly. Cook, over low heat, until you get a thick, homogeneous cream. To avoid lumps, whisk continuously .
Salt the sauce and let cool.
Put the ham in a food processor and process until smooth. Whip the cream.
Whisk the sauce with ham and add marsala.
Mix gently whipped cream to the compound.
Adjust the seasoning, put the mousse in a container and keep in the fridge for 3-4 hours covered.
Serve the ham mousse with croutons!
