Hake with zucchini and tomatoes, a simple, light and tasty dish. A fish main course , easy and fast to prepare, which also includes a tasty side dish of zucchini and tomatoes.
Hake with zucchini and tomatoes

Ingredients

- 4 hake fillets
- 300 g zucchini
- 300 g ripe tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- salt, pepper

Wash and dry the zucchini and cut into thin slices.
Peel the onion, wash and cut into thin slices too.
Blanch the tomatoes in boiling water, drain, remove the skin, seeds, vegetation water and cut the flesh into cubes.
Brush a pan with olive oil and arrange the onion slices .
Arrange some tomatoes cubes over the sliced onion.
Arrange the zucchini slices over the tomatoes and put on the zucchini the rest of tomatoes.
Add the olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Place the pan on the stove and bring to a boil with the lid on.
Cook over medium heat for about 15 minutes, until zucchini are tender.
Season the hake fillets with salt and pepper, and place them over the vegetables, drizzle with olive oil and cook in covered pan and over medium heat for 7-8 minutes.
You don’t have to turn the hake fillets.
Serve hake with zucchini and tomatoes hot!
Advice
You can serve the hake with zucchini and tomatoes accompanied by boiled potatoes too.
