Goat cheese bruschetta

Goat cheese bruschetta, simple and quick to prepare, for a tasty appetizer or for a family dinner. Seasoned with garlic butter and anchovy paste, are really delicious!

  • 2 slices bread
  • 100 g fresh goat cheese
  • 2 tablespoons garlic butter
  • 2 teaspoons anchovy paste
  • 6 walnuts
  • chili powder
  • olive oil

Goat cheese bruschetta, tasty and ready in a few minutes!

Start preparing the garlic butter, if you do not have any already.

To prepare the garlic butter follow my recipe.

Chop the walnuts.

Put the goat cheese in a bowl , add garlic butter, anchovy paste, chopped nuts, a pinch of chili powder

and a drizzle of olive oil. Stir well to combine ingredients.

You can also put all the ingredients in the blender and blend at low speed.

Toast the bread slices in the oven, at 180° C (356° F), grill mode, for a few minutes.

Spread the bread slices with the goat cheese cream.

Goat cheese bruschetta is ready to be enjoyed!
