- 200 g butter
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Garlic butter is quick and easy to prepare.
Let the butter soften at room temperature.
Peel and chop finely the garlic or squeeze it with the crushing-garlic.
Wash the parsley, dry it gently and chop finely.
Combine softened butter chopped garlic and parsley. Season with chili powder, pepper and salt, if the butter you use is not already salted.
Stir well to combine ingredients.
Transfer the garlic butter onto a sheet of plastic wrap and roll it around the butter. Keep in the refrigerator for 3 days. You can also store it in the freezer for a month.
Garlic butter is ready!
Advices
You can adjust the amount of garlic to your taste.
You can also prepare garlic butter using thyme, sage, basil, oregano, fresh or dried.
You can also prepare it with garlic powder. In this case the dose is 1-2 teaspoons per 200 g of butter.
It is important that you do not soften the butter using heat.
