- 5 eggs
- 4 tablespoons milk
- 150 g feta cheese
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- salt, pepper

Feta cheese omelet is really quick to prepare.
Beat the eggs in a bowl, add the milk, salt and pepper and whisk again to combine ingredients.
Crumble the feta cheese with a fork and add to the eggs.
Heat the olive oil in a pan, pour in the egg mixture and cook for a few minutes over medium heat.
When the omelet is golden brown, turn it on the other side, using a lid.
Cook for a few minutes, until it’s golden brown on the other side too.
Serve the feta cheese omelet hot!
