- 2 slices bread
- 100-150 g broccoli
- 2 anchovy fillets or anchovy paste
- 1 clove garlic
- olive oil
- chilli powder
- salt

Broccoli bruschetta recipe, a simple and tasty bruschetta, easy and quick to prepare.
Cut the broccoli tops and remove, pulling it, the outer, hard part of the stems.
Wash the broccoli and cook in boiling salted water for 8-10 minutes, until they are tender;drain the broccoli.
Heat the olive oil and sauté the garlic, peeled and crushed.
Add a pinch of chilli powder and some anchovy paste or 2 chopped anchovy fillets .
Add the broccoli and cook, stirring. Add salt if necessary.
Toast the bread slices, in a preheated oven, grill mode, at 180 °C (356° F), for a few minutes.
Rub the bread slices with a clove of garlic, moisten with a drizzle of olive oil and put 3-4 tablespoons of hot broccoli on them.
Your broccoli bruschetta is ready to be enjoyed!
