Baked omelet with tomatoes

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • a dozen cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • salt, pepper
  • olive oil

Instructions

Break the eggs into a bowl and beat them well. Add salt and pepper,  milk, flour and grated Parmesan. Beat until the ingredients are mixed well.

Wash the tomatoes, cut them in half, salt and place in a baking dish, which you have previously brushed with olive oil.

Pour over the egg mixture and bake in preheated oven at 160°C (320° F) for 30 minutes.

Let the baked omelet with tomatoes cool slightly before cutting and serving.
