conservazione, erano sotto sale e sott&#8217;olio.<br>Lei coltivava nell&#8217;orto tanti ortaggi fra cui i peperoni e li conservava per il resto dell&#8217;anno, arrostendoli, facendoli asciugare e poi mettendoli nei barattoli di vetro.<br>Oggi noi sappiamo che i barattoli devono essere sterilizzati prima e dopo la riempitura, cos\u00ec da evitare che vadano a male.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-altervista-paragraph\">Poi non ci resta che aprire il barattolo e servirli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-altervista-paragraph\">400 g di peperoni serviranno per riempire un
