microonde (che le renderebbe molli), ma un rapido passaggio di <strong>2 o 3 minuti in friggitrice ad aria a 200\u00b0C<\/strong> prima di servirle: questo &#8220;shock termico&#8221; eliminer\u00e0 l&#8217;umidit\u00e0 residua e restituir\u00e0 agli stick quella croccantezza dorata originale, facendoli sembrare appena fatti!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Congelazione: disponi gli stick impanati (ancora crudi) su un vassoio ben distanziati e mettili in freezer per circa un&#8217;ora; solo quando saranno induriti potrai trasferirli in un sacchetto gelo, evitando cos\u00ec che si attacchino tra loro. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quando avrai voglia di uno snack fulmineo, non scongelarle assolutamente (diventerebbero molli!), ma tuffale <strong>direttamente da congelate<\/strong> nella friggitrice ad aria a 200\u00b0C per circa 15 minuti, spruzzandole con un filo d&#8217;olio: in questo modo lo shock termico sigiller\u00e0 la panatura rendendola croccante mentre l&#8217;interno rimarr\u00e0 tenero,
