Questa pizza bianca \u00e8 facilissima da preparare, senza impasto, con impasto ben idratato che si mescola facilmente in ciotola con un cucchiaio. Ho fatto doppia lievitazione per avere un lievitato  buonissimo, pizza morbida alveolata, leggera come una nuvola perfetta fa farcire, come tradizione vuole gustata calda farcita con mortadella appena affettata. Si pu\u00f2 anche usare al posto del pane o farcire con altri ingredienti, anche semplice mozzarella e prosciutto, oppure tonno maionese e pomodoro. Se volete prepararla con meno lievito si pu\u00f2 usare solo farina 0 e impastare al mattino per la sera, o anche 24 ore prima lasciando parte del tempo l&#8217;impasto in Facciamo delle pause e riprendiamo a lavorare, possiamo ripetere per 2-3 volte, molto velocemente, a cucchiaio, o a mano. Poi mettiamo a lievitare in un angolo caldo per un paio di ore. Io metto in forno con luce accesa o pentola di acqua calda.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-altervista-step media-position-none\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-altervista-paragraphs\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-altervista-paragraph\">Ungiamo di olio evo una teglia antiaderente 30&#215;40 versiamo il composto all&#8217;interno, con le mani bagnate lo allarghiamo nella teglia. Ci laviamo le mani, facciamo delle pause, e con le mani bagnate allarghiamo bene. Prepariamo un mix di acqua e olio, e lo versiamo sulla pizza, e con i polpastrelli facciamo le fossette alla pizza, cos\u00ec non gonfier\u00e0 in cottura.
