vivo, mi piace portare in tavola piatti freschi, colorati e ricchi di sapore, che richiedano pochi minuti di preparazione ma sappiano comunque sorprendere gli ospiti. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-altervista-paragraph\">La <strong>mozzarella ripiena<\/strong> \u00e8 una di quelle ricette che preparo spesso: \u00e8 semplice, scenografica e si presta a tantissime varianti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-altervista-paragraph\">Basta svuotare delicatamente una mozzarella e trasformarla in un piccolo scrigno da riempire con ingredienti freschi e profumati. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-altervista-paragraph\">Nella mia versione utilizzo un <strong>ripieno ricco e mediterraneo,<\/strong> perfetto per un <strong>pranzo leggero<\/strong>, una <strong>cena estiva o un antipasto da condividere.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-altervista-paragraph\">\u00c8 una ricetta ideale anche quando arrivano amici all&#8217;improvviso: si prepara in anticipo, <strong>non richiede cottura<\/strong> e porta in tavola tutto il profumo dell&#8217;estate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-altervista-paragraph\">\u2728 <strong>Ricetta
