Questi biscotti hanno una frolla al limone, ovviamente i biscotti hanno varie forme e dimensioni a seconda degli stampini che si hanno, oppure sono ritagliati a forma di calza o di alberello ecc.. “a coltello”, preparandosi delle guide con un cartoncino. Poi sono decorati nei modi più svariati, dai confettini di zucchero alle glasse colorate…l’importante è che siano allegri e colorati!
BISCOTTI DI NATALE per bambini -ricetta semplice
INGREDIENTI
75 g di zucchero
1 tuorlo
125 g di burro
190 g di farina 00
la scorza di un limone non trattato
confettini colorati o smartis
PROCEDIMENTO
- Il procedimento è davvero veloce: infatti io ho impastato con il frullatore, ma potete fare anche a mano!
- Per praticità frullate prima: farina, zucchero e scorza di limone grattugiata. Aggiungete poi il burro a tocchetti e frullate ancora fino a che non otterrete un composto granuloso, sabbioso.
- Aggiungete ora il tuorlo d’uovo e frullate ancora per qualche secondo.
- Rovesciate ora tutto sul piano di lavoro e lavorate con le mani per ottenere un composto compatto e il più omogeneo possibile.
- Mettete in frigo una mezz’ora avvolto in pellicola trasparente o in un contenitore chiuso.
- Riprendete l’impasto e stendetelo sul piano di lavoro (io su carta forno, in modo da non aggiungere farina). Create uno strato di impasto alto circa mezzo centimetro e poi ritagliate i vostri biscotti nelle forme che più vi piacciono! Se non avete dei taglia biscotti, potete crearvi delle forme con un foglio di carta, ritagliarle e poi utilizzarle come guida per intagliare dei biscotti a coltello. Se invece avete scovato in qualche negozio degli stampini a tema, bhè è proprio ora di utilizzarli!
- Posizionate man mano i biscotti su placca da forno foderata di carta e infornate a 170 °C per circa 12/13 minuti, appena la superficie diventa dorata potete toglierli.
- Nel frattempo impastate di nuovo i ritagli di pasta, stendetela e ricavate altri biscotti, fino ad esaurimento dell’impasto; a me sono venute due teglie da forno piene di biscotti! 😉
