I love biscuits and cookies. I love making them. I just say one thing: try these chocolate nut biscuits because they are really delicious. They are made with simple ingredients and they are perfect for breakfast and as snacks too. A very simple and easy to make recipe.
CHOCOLATE NUT BISCUITS
INGREDIENTS
With these ingredients I made 16 big chocolate nut biscuits.
- 175 g of white flour 00
- 100 g of softened butter
- 150 g of sugar
- 1 egg
- ½ coffespoon of baking soda
- 60 g of chocolate chips
- 30 g of nut kernels (chopped)
- a pinch of salt
- powdered sugar (optional)
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 190°.
In a bowl, beat the softened butter with the sugar until creamy.
Mix and add the white flour sifted with the baking soda and the salt.
Add the chopped nuts and the chocolate chips.
Mix to combine all the ingredients.
Drop by spoonfuls onto a baking sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes in the preheated oven.
