Today I want to share with you the recipe of these delicious no-bake chocolate and coconut truffles. They are really decadent tasting but the most important thing about them is that they are super easy to make. Give them a go! TRUST ME… they will melt in your mouth.

- Porzioni25 truffles
- 150 gricotta cheese
- 20 mlmarsala (or rum)
- 50 gmilk chocolate
- 200 gdark chocolate
- 50 gbutter
- 50 gcaster sugar
- q.b.dessicated coconut
- 1 Bowl
- Electric whisk
- 25 baking cases
Break the milk and the dark chocolate into pieces and melt them with butter over a water bath.
Put the ricotta cheese and the caster sugar in a large bowl and whisk them until well combined.
Then add the Marsala (you can use rum if you prefer) and the chocolate mixture and mix with a spatula.
Cover the bowl with cling film and place it in the fridge for 12 hours.
12 hours later…
Using a tablespoon, divide the chocolate mixture into 25 equal pieces of about 20 g each, shape them into balls and roll them in desiccated coconut.
Place the chocolate and coconut truffles in baking cases and store them in the fridge before eating. Enjoy! Paola
