Io di sicuro mi sono pentita di non aver provato a farlo prima. Nel mio club su facebook tante iscritte lo hanno provato in vari modi e quindi finalmente mi sono decisa anche io. Ma che buono che \u00e8!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-altervista-paragraph\">Io ho aggiunto le <strong>zucchine<\/strong>\u00a0alla pastella di base per dare pi\u00f9 sapore e consistenza. Per la <strong>farcitura<\/strong>\u00a0del rotolo di <strong>frittata<\/strong> sono possibili molte varianti, spesso viene usato il prosciutto cotto ad esempio, ma io ho voluto lasciarlo pi\u00f9 <strong>leggero<\/strong> e <strong>vegetariano<\/strong> quindi per dare pi\u00f9 corpo al ripieno ho utilizzato la <strong>rucola<\/strong>. Ottima idea veramente, meno punti <strong>Weight Watchers<\/strong> e comunque tanto sapore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-altervista-paragraph\">L&#8217;aspetto \u00e8 molto invitante, credo sia anche perfetto da servire per un buffet, tipo <strong>finger food<\/strong>. E ovviamente \u00e8 ideale da portare in <strong>spiaggia<\/strong>\u00a0o nel cestino del <strong>picnic<\/strong>. A casa mia \u00e8 stato divorato molto rapidamente, ho salvato solo un rotolino per assaggiarlo il giorno dopo&#8230; il resto puff, sparito!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-altervista-paragraph\">Vi suggerisco di provarlo, \u00e8 veramente semplicissimo farlo, \u00e8 una di quelle <strong>ricette<\/strong> in cui ci vuole pi\u00f9 a spiegare che a fare.
