Bring to the boil the water to which you have added a couple of thin slices of lemon and add a little salt.

Discard the lemon, pour the noodles, mix thoroughly and cook while preparing the sauce for seasoning.

In a bowl mix the grated rind of lemon, a pinch of hot pepper, garlic squeezed and plenty of extra virgin olive oil.

Add a teaspoon of lemon juice and beat the sauce until it becomes homogeneous.

Drain the garlic and lemon spaghetti, put into the bowl and stir vigorously, adding the chopped parsley and grated parmesan.

Mince breadsticks and add them to the sauce to make it firm and serve immediately, warm and fragrant.
