biscotti del periodo di Natale del mio amato <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.giallozafferano.it\/loscrignodelbuongusto\/cauciunitti-fritti\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Abruzzo<\/a><\/strong>, molto in uso nella zona della Valle Peligna.<br>La loro particolarit\u00e0 \u00e8 che nel composto c\u2019\u00e8 il <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.giallozafferano.it\/loscrignodelbuongusto\/mosto-cotto-abruzzese\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">mosto cotto<\/a><\/strong>, ovviamente non l\u2019ho comprato, l\u2019ho fatto io, ma si trova anche in commercio.<br>Una ricetta molto semplice da realizzare, all\u2019interno troviamo frutta secca, uvetta, cacao, mosto cotto, cacao\u2026.un\u2019esplosione di gusto.<br>Io nell\u2019impasto ho usato un pochino meno farina, ma se li volete di una consistenza maggiore, vi potete regolare mentre impastate.<br>L\u2019impasto fatto da me non \u00e8 molle, ma sicuramente si poteva aggiungere un pochino di farina in pi\u00f9 per farli venire pi\u00f9 sodi, c\u2019\u00e8 da dire anche che da me in Abruzzo ognuno ha la sua ricetta e anche se tramandata negli anni, sono ricette leggermente diverse tra loro.<br>Questi sono biscotti molto in uso il periodo di Natale, ma secondo me durante l\u2019inverno ogni momento \u00e8 giusto.<br>Se realizzate qualche Le ricette non sono copiate,anche le foto non sono scaricate da internet, ma sono mie. Per i piatti che sono super conosciuti mi informo su come deve essere la base di quella data ricetta e ne realizzo una mia. Ho la passione per la cucina da quando ero piccola e adesso la condivido con tutte le persone che mi seguono ogni giorno. Questo blog e' dedicato alla cucina italiana e estera, e troverete ricette suddivise per categorie, per la cucina estera\u00a0dove mi piace molto realizzare piatti di altri stati e vedere cosa mangiano e spero di incuriosire anche voi ! Non per questo tralascio la cucina tradizionale italiana ma troverete tante ricette sia italiane che estere ! Spero che le mie ricette vi piacciano e che continuerete a seguirmi anche in questo blog, sempre con ricette nuove e a volte curiose.
