pomodorini sono semplici da preparare, buonissimi e una valida idea per consumare questo tipo di pesce, che non dovrebbe mai mancare sulle nostre tavole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-altervista-paragraph\">Soprattutto se consumato fresco, il salmone \u00e8 ricco di propriet\u00e0 nutrizionali essendo buona fonte di vitamine, sali minerali, proteine e, in particolare, di acidi grassi essenziali omega 3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-altervista-paragraph\">Questi ultimi abbassano il livello di colesterolo cattivo complessivo alzando il livello di quello buono, contrastano l&#8217;azione dei radicali liberi, hanno propriet\u00e0 antinfiammatorie e, in aggiunta ad altre propriet\u00e0 benefiche, aiutano anche la crescita muscolare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-altervista-paragraph\">Per questo molti sportivi includono questa tipologia di pesce in modo regolare nella loro dieta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-altervista-paragraph\">Da uno studio \u00e8 inoltre emerso come l&#8217;apporto di omega 3 dato dal salmone d&#8217;allevamento \u00e8 superiore rispetto a quello del salmone selvatico, essendo per\u00f2 in quello allevato superiore anche il livello di grasso complessivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-altervista-paragraph\">Preparando le fette di salmone secondo la ricetta di seguito indicata, in modo semplice e veloce si potranno  ottenere gustosi e teneri tranci accompagnati da pomodorini, il cui gusto leggermente acidulo ben contrasta con le carni di questo pesce, esaltandone il sapore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-altervista-paragraph\">La cottura in forno, permette alle propriet\u00e0 del salmone di non disperdersi come avverrebbe ad esempio in frittura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-altervista-paragraph\">E&#8217; infatti la cottura in forno, chiaramente preceduta da quella al vapore, a mantenere al meglio i benefici che il consumo di
