Hi there,
one of the most famous Italian recipes abroad is lasagna. In this recipe there is no meat and it is amazing. When I cook this special dish I prefer to use only two different kind of vegetables: radicchio and broccoli. All you need is fresh vegetables, and other few ingredients. Let’s start to cook! 😀

Servings: 4
Ingredients:
- 5 leaves of radicchio
- 1 cup of green broccoli
- 6 spoons of besciamella sauce
- 4/6 fresh pasta sheets for lasagna
- 2 spoons of Parmesan
- 1 mozzarella (45 gr)
- 2 spoons of olive oil
- 50 gr of butter
- salt
Directions:
- Boil radicchio for 3 minutes, drain and put it in a fry pan with butter, olive oil and salt. Cook for 7 minutes. Do the same with broccoli in a separate fry pan
- Layer in the following order:( 1)besciamella sauce, radicchio and fresh pasta sheets for lasagna, (2)mozzarella, besciamella sauce and fresh pasta sheets, (3) broccoli, besciamella sauce and fresh pasta sheets again.
- Cover with the rest of the vegetables, besciamella sauce and Parmesan.
- Bake in a prehated 180° Celsius oven for 20 minutes.
Tips: if you don’t like radicchio or broccoli try with zucchini and peppers.
