Vegan Bechamel Sauce

If you like Bechamel Sauce you should try this Vegan Bechamel Sauce version. It is healthier than the classic one and it is suitable for making lasagne or baking some veggies. I have added a spicy ingredient so it tastes very good 🙂

Prep Time: 5 mins

Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients:

  • 1½ oz extra virgin olive oil
  • 1½ oz  rice flour
  • 2 cup rice milk
  • a pinch of black pepper
  • a pinch of salt
  • ½ oz  powdered ginger

Directions:

  1. Boil rice milk for few minutes
  2. Add olive oil and rice flour little by little
  3. Stir with a whisk
  4. Add salt, black pepper and ginger
  5. Once the sauce is creamy you can use it on your favorite recipe

It is very easy , isn’t it? Vegan Bechamel Sauce is light and delicious I’ve cooked with baked red broccoli.
