If you like Bechamel Sauce you should try this Vegan Bechamel Sauce version. It is healthier than the classic one and it is suitable for making lasagne or baking some veggies. I have added a spicy ingredient so it tastes very good 🙂

Ingredients:
- 1½ oz extra virgin olive oil
- 1½ oz  rice flour
- 2 cup rice milk
- a pinch of black pepper
- a pinch of salt
- ½ oz  powdered ginger
Directions:
- Boil rice milk for few minutes
- Add olive oil and rice flour little by little
- Stir with a whisk
- Add salt, black pepper and ginger
- Once the sauce is creamy you can use it on your favorite recipe
It is very easy , isn’t it? Vegan Bechamel Sauce is light and delicious I’ve cooked with baked red broccoli.
