Spaghetti due rossi

Hello peperoncini ! Warning: the following recipe is very HOT! Everyone knows spaghetti, a delicious kind of pasta very easy to cook and extremely quick (you need about 5 minutes). I put some nduja salami, but I don’t know if you find in your country this creamy hot salami. So you can substitute it with two spoons of  hot sauce (like Mexican one) or red pepper. Let’s cook together!

Cook Time: 5 mins

  • 350 grams of Italian spaghetti
  • 2 spoons of nduja or hot tomatoes sauce/red pepper
  • 150 grams of canned tuna
  • 100 grams of small fresh tomatoes
  • 3 spoons of breadcrumb
  • 2 spoons of extra-virgin olive oil
  • salt


  1. Cook spaghetti in salty boiling water for 5 minutes
  2. In a fry-pan add oil, tomatoes (cut in small pieces), canned tuna, hot sauce and salt. Cook for 5 minutes too.
  3. In another fry-pan add breadcrumb only and cook it for 2 minutes until it becomes browner
  4. Once pasta will be ready cook it one minute more with its sauce
  5. Serve pasta adding breadcrumb on top

This recipe is very easy but tasty! Believe me you will become pastaholic  😀
