- 180 gr of fresh egg pasta
- 100 gr of Robiola cream cheese (or Philadelphia )
- 1 medium lemon
- 1 spoon of butter
- 1 spoon of olive oil
Directions:
- Cook lemon sauce in a fry pan. So combine oil, butter, cream cheese, lemon juice(half lemon) and grated lemon peel (only yellow one). Cook for 2 minutes
- Add salt
