Pasta with Lemon Sauce

Hi there! This recipe is very tasty and easy to cook. And it is ready in 10 minutes…so what are you waiting for? I recommend you to use fresh egg pasta in this recipe. You can find it in supermarket, usually in the fridge. The result will be amazing. I have cooked a kind of pasta called  fileja. Let’s start my friends!

  • 180 gr of fresh egg pasta
  • 100 gr of  Robiola cream cheese (or Philadelphia )
  • 1 medium lemon
  • 1 spoon of butter
  • 1 spoon of olive oil


  1. Cook lemon sauce in a fry pan. So combine oil, butter, cream cheese, lemon juice(half lemon) and grated lemon peel (only yellow one). Cook for 2 minutes
  2. Add salt
  3. Cook fresh egg pasta in salted boiling water for 6-8 minutes. Drain and pour it in lemon sauce cooking again for 2 minutes
