Apple Cake, easy recipe

Apple cake is one of the most appreciated dessert in winter. Tasty and easy to make apple cake is always a good idea for breakfast or an afternoon break. My apple cake recipe is made of simple ingredients and without butter. I have cooked it in a springform pan of 20 cm diameter. Here is the recipe!

Prep Time: 15 mins

Cook Time: 40 mins in preheated oven to 200 degrees C


  • 2 medium eggs
  • 3 apples
  • 180 grams of all purpose flour
  • 140 grams of sugarcane
  • 1 cup of soy milk
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla-flavoured baking powder
  • the juice of one lemon
  • 1 spoon of lemon peel
  • margarine


  1. Peel apples and cut them into slices. Add lemon juice
  2. Beat eggs and sugarcane for ten minutes
  3. Add lemon peel, flour, baking powder and soy milk
  4. Blend together for few minutes
  5. Put together  2/3 of apple slices
  6. Cover the springform pan with margarine and flour
  7. Pour in the springform pan and cover with 1/3 apple slices. Add 2 spoons of sugarcane on the surface
  8. Bake in a preheated oven for 40 minutes.
