I peperoni con i capperi sono un contorno mediterraneo gustoso che si accompagna bene sia con la carne sia con il pesce. Sono molto semplici e veloci da preparare.
L’aggiunta del pangrattato crea una crosticina deliziosa e croccante.
Aglio 2 spicchi
Cipolla ½
Basilico qualche foglia
Capperi una manciata
Olio extravergine di oliva
Pangrattato una manciata
Peperoni rossi 2
Peperoni gialli 2
Sale
Tagliare i peperoni a metà nel senso della lunghezza e, poi, a listarelle.
Sistemarli in una pirofila.
Unire gli spicchi d’aglio e la cipolla tritati finemente, il sale e l’olio.
Cuocere in forno a 180° per 30 minuti se forno statico, se ventilato circa 20 minuti.
