sono le <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.giallozafferano.it\/lacucinadifefe\/colazioni-sane-e-fit\/\">ricette fit<\/a><\/strong>, ovvero quelle proposte a base di pochi ingredienti e il pi\u00f9 possibile light! Solitamente \u00e8 prima dell&#8217;estate che vanno per la maggiore, ma da qualche tempo a questa parte, ho registrato una costante inversione di rotta con conseguente interesse per piatti ipocalorici un po&#8217; tutto l&#8217;anno! In realt\u00e0, io reputo che non ci \u00e8 vietato mangiare nulla, salvo casi di intolleranze particolari e rispettando sempre le giuste quantit\u00e0, perch\u00e9 \u00e8 l&#8217;alimentazione sana ed equilibrata quella davvero merita di essere presa in seria considerazione! Non smetter\u00f2 mai di dirlo attraverso le mie ricette, il blog, i social e le mie esperienze in TV, e quando propongo qualcosa, \u00e8 quello il mio obiettivo primario, non l&#8217;apporto calorico che ne deriva, basso o alto che sia! Questi biscotti quindi sono fit? Si, ma semplicemente nella misura in cui possano offrire <strong>un&#8217;alternativa valida<\/strong> <strong>a tutti quei<\/strong> <strong>prodotti ricchi di zuccheri<\/strong>, portandoci ad abusarne senza neanche rendercene conto o ad abituarci a sapori meno autentici! In questa ricetta, che tra l&#8217;altro \u00e8 senza glutine, lo zucchero \u00e8 sostituito interamente dalla dolcezza delle <strong>prugne secche<\/strong> e dell<strong>&#8216;uvetta sultanina<\/strong>, mentre il burro da pochissimo olio di semi. Questi biscotti sono perci\u00f2 perfetti inzuppati nel latte per la<strong> colazione <\/strong>o come <strong>merenda sana e leggera<\/strong>; sono inoltre <strong>adatti agli intolleranti al glutine e al lattosio<\/strong> e indicatissimi per chi desidera mantenersi in forma senza rinunciare ad una pausa dolce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-altervista-paragraph\">Se siete appassionati
