Pandoro di zio Rocco, per questa meravigliosa preparazione, iniziamo a mettere la farina con lo zucchero ed il lievito sbriciolato nella planetaria. Azioniamo media velocita&#8217;.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-altervista-step media-position-bottom\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-altervista-paragraphs\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-altervista-paragraph\">Nel frattempo stemperiamo le uova con il latte e la vaniglia, e le aggiungiamo in due volta ella farina. Lasciamo impastare per qualche minuto, poi aggiungiamo il burro ed infine il sale. Lasciamo lavorare il tutto per almeno 25 minuti, poi facciamo qualche piega di rinforzo, copriamo con pellicola e lasciamo lievitare per circa 5 ore. Io ho utilizzato meno lievito, quindi i tempi si allungano.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-altervista-step media-position-bottom\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-altervista-paragraphs\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-altervista-paragraph\">Una volta pronto il nostro impasto, lo mettiamo su un piano di lavoro imburrato, lo dividiamo in 6 pezzi, gli diamo la forma rettangolare e li mettiamo nei contenitori in alluminio precedentemente imburrati e li lasciamo riposare per un ora.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-altervista-step media-position-bottom\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-altervista-paragraphs\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-altervista-paragraph\">Preriscaldiamo il forno, spennelliamo la superficie delle brioche con del latte, forno a 170 gradi modalita&#8217; statico, e le cuociamo per circa 20 minuti. Una volta pronte, le lasciamo raffreddare, pratichiamo un incussone culpa superficie e farciamo, io ho usato la confettura pesca e session fruit, che devo dire ci sta davvero molto bene.
