Il cavolo verza stufato, infatti, nella pentola tradizionale impiega all\u2019incirca 30-40 minuti per cuocere a dovere; con la pentola a pressione saranno invece sufficienti 8 minuti dal fischio per portare in tavola un contorno sano e appetitoso.<\/p><p>La <u>ricetta della verza stufata in pentola a pressione<\/u> prevede che il cavolo verza \u2013 mondato e tagliato a listarelle \u2013 venga rosolato brevemente con un po\u2019 di aglio; successivamente la verdura viene sfumata con un po\u2019 di aceto, che la rende molto pi\u00f9 digeribile. La cottura in pentola a pressione avviene invece grazie all\u2019aggiunta di un po\u2019 di <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.giallozafferano.it\/ilchiccodimais\/brodo-vegetale-ricetta-base\/\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"undefined (apri in una nuova scheda)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">brodo vegetale<\/a>, che pu\u00f2 tuttavia essere sostituito con un po\u2019 di acqua calda. Aggiungete quindi anche il brodo vegetale caldo (7). Mescolate bene (8).<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-altervista-step media-position-none\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-altervista-paragraphs\"><p>Chiudete la pentola ermeticamente e attendete che inizi a fischiare. Da quel momento regolate la fiamma a media intensit\u00e0, facendo in modo che il fischio risulti il pi\u00f9 possibile regolare, e cuocete la verza in pentola a pressione <u>per 8 minuti<\/u>.<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-altervista-step media-position-bottom\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-altervista-paragraphs\"><p>Trascorso il tempo di cottura spegnete il fuoco e aprite la valvola per far fuoriuscire il vapore. varianti<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Se non vi piace il sapore dell\u2019aceto potete sostituirlo con un po\u2019 di vino bianco secco, da far sfumare allo stesso modo.<br>Per un contorno ancor pi\u00f9 ricco,
