Filetto di Pollo alla Panna

Ingredienti per 2 Persone

5 Filetti di Pollo
200 gr. di Panna Fresca
2 Cucchiai di Farina
1 Bicchierino di Cognac
3 Cucchiai di Olio EVO
Sale e Pepe Q.B.

Infarinate i Filetti e metteteli nel Tegame dove avrete riscaldato l’Olio, lasciate dorare da ambo le parti e sfumate con del Cognac, una volta evaporato potete aggiungere la panna Fresca.
Come contorno potete fare un Purè di Patate oppure un risotto bianco.
