Ingredienti per circa 50 Biscottini
1 Stecca di Vaniglia
200 gr. di Burro
100 gr. di Zucchero
2 Rossi d’uovo
1 Pz. di sale
300 gr. di Farina
100 gr. di Nocciole tritate
1/2 Tazza di Zucchero a Velo
150 gr di marmellata a Vostra scelta e gusto.

Preparazione
Tagliare lungo il lato la stecca di Vaniglia e grattare fuori il midollo. Su una spianatoia mischiare il Burro con i Rossi d’Uovo, lo Zucchero, il Midollo e il sale, setacciarvi sopra la Farina, immettere anche le nocciole tritate e formare così una palla di Pasta Frolla.
Avvolgere l’impasto in carta stagnola e mettere a riposare nel Frigorifero per circa 2 ore.
Accendere il forno e riscaldarlo a 180°
Dall’Impasto formare dei rotoli, tagliare delle fette uguali con i quali formerete delle palline, nel centro con il manico di un mestolo formate una piccola fossa. Posizionare i Biscotti sulla teglia e infornare per circa 12-15 minuti.
Estrarre dal forno e lasciarli raffreddare su una grata per dolci… Indi posizionarli su un vassoio e dopo aver messo la marmellata nel centro spolverizzate il tutto con dello Zucchero a Velo.
