La torta di pere è un grande classico autunnale. Questa versione si realizza in pochi minuti e sporcando solo una ciotola, ma otterrete una torta sofficissima, perfetta per la colazione e la merenda. Gustatela con una fumante tazza di tè e concedetevi una coccola in questi freschi pompomeriggi autunnali!
Ingredienti

Uova (a temperatura ambiente) 1

Latte intero 100 ml

Olio di semi di girasole 40 ml
-
Scorza di limone (grattugiata) q.b.

Zucchero 90 g
-
Farina 130 g
-
Lievito in polvere per dolci 8 g

Pere 1
Preparazione

In una ciotola, ponete l’uovo, l’olio, il latte e la scorza di limone grattugiata. Con una frusta a mano, mescolate gli ingredienti.

Aggiungete lo zucchero e la farina con il lievito setacciati. Mescolate velocemente con la frusta, fino ad ottenere un composto privo di grumi.

Preriscaldate il forno a 180°C. Imburrate ed infarinate una teglia di 20 cm di diametro. Versate il composto nella teglia.

Sbucciate la pera ed affettatela sottilmente, disponendo le fettine a raggiera (se vi piace, cospargete con poco zucchero di canna).

Infornate per circa 25 minuti, facendo la “prova stecchino” durante gli ultimi minuti di cottura. Sfornate e lasciate raffreddare.
Consigli e Varianti
Potete sostituire la scorza di limone, con la vaniglia se preferite. Scegliete delle pere non eccessivamente morbide (meglio se non troppo mature), in modo che rilascino meno succo durante la cottura.
