10 green olives (slashed in pieces)

In a pan with high sides, add the oil and allow the garlic to brown for a few minutes. When the garlic has become blond remove it and add the tomatoes, salt lightly. Add the chopped olives and the well-washed capers a few minutes later. Turn off the heat while boiling the curls. Just al dente, drain and add to the sauce, stir in for a few minutes, add the parsley. A dish with an intense flavor and aroma.
