- 500 gr pappardelle
- 100 gr bacon
- 15 pepper (this kind of pepper is very small)
- oil
- parsley
- white wine
- salt
Let’s do it!
First of all we have to clean the green pepper, let’s open it to throw all the seeds and the petiole, if you need some help a tea spoon coul be usefull, then we have to wash them, dry and cut in little strips.
Put some oil in a frying pan, turn on the the burner and then add the cutted pepper, turning them often with a wooden spoon, pour the white wine, more or less one glass or half a glass and leave them with the fire on for few minutes, the time the alcohol of wine need to evaporate. At this point it’s time to add bacon too; leave the burner on for 1 minutes or two, until the bacon will be ready.
Turn the birner off and let’s start to cook pappardelle as you usually cook pasta. When tey will be ready you just have to strain it and put for few minutes in the frying pan with pepper and bacon.
Put your pappardelle with pepper and bacon in the dishes and put on some cutted parsley to trick up.
