Ingredients:
- 225 gr of flour
- 8 gr of baking powder
- 1spoon of cocoa powder
- 225 gr of butter
- 225 gr of caster sugar
- 4 eggs
- 3 tablespoon of instant coffe powder
frosting:
- 100 gr of white chocolate
- 40 gr of butter
- 3 tablespoon of milk
- 175 gr of icing sugar
Method:
Grease and base-line a shallow 28x18cm.
Sift the flourm baking and cocoa powder, sugar; add eggs beaten and coffee dissolved in 2 tablespoon of hot water.
Beat using an alectic whisk, until smooth, then spoon the misture into the prepared tin and smooth the top as much as you can.
Bake in a preheated oven, 180° for 35-40 minutes.
Let’s start to make the frosting melting together chocolate, butter and milk in the microwave oven, so sift in the icing sugar. Beat until smooth, then spread over the cake.
Dust the top of the cake with sifted cocoa, then cut into squares.
