- 500 gmascarpone
- 3tuorli
- 80 gzucchero
- 300 gpanna fresca liquida
- 24savoiardi
- 50 mlcaffè
- q.b.crema spalmabile alle nocciole
Per la bagna
- 200 mlcaffè
- 3 cucchiaizucchero
Preparazione
Preparate 250 ml di caffè, inserite lo zucchero, mescolate per farlo sciogliere. Fate raffreddare completamente.
Tenete 50 ml di caffè da parte che servirà per inserirlo nella crema al mascarpone.
In una ciotola lavorate le uova con lo zucchero fino ad ottenere un composto chiaro e spumoso.
Aggiungete il caffè, fate incorporare bene.
Inserite il mascarpone e la panna al composto di uova e caffè, montate bene il tutto.
Passate all’assemblaggio del dolce: Immergete velocemente i savoiardi nella bagna al caffè senza inzupparli eccessivamente, disponete in una pirofila un primo strato di biscotti, la crema alle nocciole e una parte della crema, livellate bene.
Ripete il procedimento e finite con un ultimo strato di crema.
Prima di servire il tiramisù fate riposare in frigorifero per quattro ore, decorate con crema alle nocciole.

500 g mascarpone
3 yolks
80 g sugar
150 g fresh liquid cream
24 ladyfingers
50 ml coffee
q.s. hazelnut spread cream
For the wet
200 ml coffee
3 tbsp sugar
Prepare 250 ml of coffee, insert the sugar, stir to dissolve it. Let cool completely.
Keep 50 ml of coffee aside which will be used to insert it in the mascarpone cream.
In a bowl, work the eggs with the sugar until a light and frothy mixture is obtained.
Add the coffee, stir well.
Insert the mascarpone and the egg and coffee cream, whisk well.
Switch to the assembly of the dessert: Quickly dip the ladyfingers into the coffee bath without soaking them excessively, arrange in a baking dish a first layer of biscuits, the hazelnut cream and part of the cream, level well.
Repeat the process and finish with a final layer of cream.
Before serving tiramisu, leave to rest in the refrigerator for four hours, decorated with hazelnut cream.
