- 300 gZucchine

- 1 pizzicoBicarbonato
- 1 lOlio di semi di arachide

Preparazione
PREPARAZIONE 1) Lavate e asciugate le zucchine, eliminate le estremità, grattugiate a julienne. 2) In una ciotola capiente inserite la farina setacciata el’acqua gassata fredda mescolando energicamente per evitare che si formino grumi, aggiungete un pizzico di bicarbonato, il formaggio, regolate di sale, continuate a mescolare energicamente, infine aggiungete le zucchine grattugiate ben strizzate e il prezzemolo, mescolate fino a che l’impasto non sarà bene amalgamato. 3) In una padella antiaderente portate l’olio a temperatura, aiutandovi con un cucchiaio tuffate l’impasto nell’olio e friggete per 3/4 minuti girando le frittelle da entrambi i lati. 4) Quando saranno dorate, scolatele e trasferitele su un vassoio ricoperto di carta assorbente da cucina per eliminare l’olio in eccesso, servite calde o tiepide

PREPARATION 1) Wash and dry the courgettes, remove the ends, grate them in julienne. 2) In a large bowl, insert the sifted flour and the cold carbonated water, stirring vigorously to prevent lumps from forming, add a pinch of baking soda, the cheese, season with salt, continue to mix vigorously, finally add the well-squeezed grated courgettes and parsley, stir until the dough is well blended. 3) In a non-stick pan, bring the oil to temperature, with the help of a spoon, dip the dough into the oil and fry for 3/4 minutes, turning the pancakes on both sides. 4) When they are golden brown, drain and transfer them on a tray covered with absorbent kitchen paper to remove excess oil, serve hot or warm
