Questa ricetta facile da realizzare, proviene dal ricettario di nonna Cetta, la sua particolarità è che nell’impasto della frolla c’è il marsala. Ho usato la marmellata di fragola fatta in casa perchè è la preferita della mia famiglia, ma potrete farcirla a vostro piacimento.

Preparazione
1) Mescolate in una ciotola capiente la farina con lo zucchero e il sale. Fate una conca ed aggiungete al centro un cucchiaio di marsala, un tuorlo e un uovo intero, il burro ammorbidito e la scorza del limone.
2) Impastate il tutto fino ad ottenere un impasto omogeneo. Fate una palla, avvolgete nella pellicola trasparente, fate rassodare in frigo tutta la notte.
3) Cominciamo a fare la crostata, ricoprite uno stampo per crostata da 30 cm. con un foglio di carta forno, prendete l’impasto dal frigo e fatelo riposare un po, a temperatura ambiente.
4) Stendete l’impasto aiutandovi con un matterello “lasciate un po’ di pasta da parte per le strisce” adagiate la pasta su la teglia, ricoprite di marmellata, formate le strisce, mettetele sopra, inserite le noci e infornate a 180 gradi per 45 minuti. Servite fredda.English version

350 g Flour 00
150 g Sugar
150 g Butter
2 Small eggs
1 yolk and 1 whole
1 spoon Marsala
1 pinch Salt
1 Lemon peel
q.s. Strawberry jamq. s. walnuts
1) Mix the flour with the sugar and salt in a large bowl. Make a bowl and add a spoonful of marsala, an yolk and a whole egg, softened butter and lemon zest in the center.
2) Mix everything until you get a homogeneous mixture. Make a ball, wrap it in plastic wrap, make it firm in the fridge all night.
3) Let’s start making the tart, cover a 30 cm tart mold. with a sheet of parchment paper, take the dough from the fridge and let it rest for a while, at room temperature.
4) Roll out the dough with a rolling pin “leave some pasta aside for the strips” lay the dough on the pan, cover with jam, form the strips, place them on top, place the walnuts and bake at 180 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve cold.
