- 50 gpanna fresca liquida

Preparazione
Preparazione chiffon cake:
Separate i tuorli dagli albumi e tenete da parte.
Montate gli albumi a neve ferma con l’aggiunta di una goccia di limone e del cremor tartaro.
Setacciate farina, lievito e il cacao, tenete da parte.
In una ciotola aggiungete l’olio, l’acqua tiepida, un pizzico di sale e lo zucchero amalgamate bene con lo sbattitore elettrico.
Inserite la farina, il lievito e il cacao a più riprese, continuando a mescolare, aggiungete un tuorlo alla volta.
Incorporate gli albumi montati a neve delicatamente al composto mescolando dall’alto verso il basso.
Inserite il composto nello stampo da chiffon cake senza imburrare e infarinare, infornate in forno preriscaldato statico per 75 minuti a 150° gradi.
Togliete dal forno, appoggiate sui piedini rovesciando lo stampo, fate raffreddare completamente.
Staccate la torta dalle pareti aiutandovi con la lama di un coltello.
Preparazione glassa al cioccolato:
Prendete un pentolino inserite la panna, scaldate fino a sfiorare il bollore.
Togliete dal fuoco ed unite il cioccolato tritato, mescolate fino ad ottenere una crema omogenea.
Lasciate intiepidire, versate sulla torta e servite.

Put the mixture in the chiffon cake mold without buttering and flour, bake in a preheated static oven for 75 minutes at 150 ° degrees.
