Gli asparagi a vapore una volta che li avete cotti poi li potete usare anche per preparare delle torte salate, Potrete usare sia asparagi verdi che <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.giallozafferano.it\/cucinoperpassione\/asparagi-con-uova-alla-veneta\/\">asparagi bianchi<\/a> e li potete cucinare in una pentola usando l&#8217;apposito cestino per la cottura a vapore, oppure nella vaporiera, nel microonde o anche nella pentola a pressione. Il tempo di cottura asparagi al vapore varia a secondo di quanto sono grossi gli asparagi e anche dal metodo di cottura che userete. Quando andrete a preparare gli asparagi bianchi al vapore dovrete prima pulirli per bene perch\u00e9 a differenza degli asparagi verdi vanno prima pelati per eliminare la parte esterna pi\u00f9 dura e filamentosa. Per preparare gli asparagi verdi al vapore baster\u00e0 eliminare la parte bianca finale che sar\u00e0 la pi\u00f9 dura e lavateli bene, mi raccomando usate asparagi freschi e per riconoscerli vi baster\u00e0 piegarli vicino alla punta, se rimangono curva e piegata l&#8217;asparago non \u00e8 fresco ed inoltre avr\u00e0 molti pi\u00f9 filamenti. Mettete il cestello, coprite con un coperchio e mettete sul fuoco, appena inizia a bollire aggiungete gli asparagi in modo ordinato, coprite con il coperchio e fate cuocere per 5
