250 g flour
100 g melted butter
75 g water
50 g honey
5 g salt
12 g yeast
Melt the butter and let it cool.
In a bowl, mix together the eggs with honey, water, yeast and butter. Stir it well.
Then add the flour and salt and continue stirring with a fork.
When the mixture is homogeneous, cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the dough rise at room temperature for about 2 hours, then put it in the fridge.
The bowl must stay in the fridge from a minimum of 2 up to a maximum of 5 days.
The day you’ll decide to bake the bread, take the dough out of the refrigerator and let the dough rise for about 30 minutes.
then, take the dough, shape it a with a little flour, and put it in a loaf pan covered with parchment paper.
Cover again with plastic wrap and leave at room temperature until fully risen.
Brush the surface of the dough with milk and cover it with brown sugar.
Bake at 180° for about 30 minutes.
