Cranberry Cookies

Ingredients:

2 1/4 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
2 cups dried cranberries

Procedure:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a bowl, beat the butter with both sugars until light and fluffy. Add the salt and the eggs.

Beat until well mixed and then add flour and baking soda. Mix and, finally, add the dried cranberries.

Make tablespoon-size balls of dough and put them on baking sheets lined with parchment paper.

Bake cranberry cookies for about 8-10 minutes until the edges are golden.
