Coconut pear cake is a special cake made without eggs, butter, oil, or margarine. I’m sure you’ll enjoy it!
Ingredients (28 cm cake tin):
1 + 1/2 cup flour
1 + 1/2 cup water
1 + 1/2 cup coconut flour
3/4 + 1/3 cup sugar
16 g baking powder
Preheat oven to 170 degrees.
Sift the flour with the baking powder, then add the coconut flour, sugar, and finally water.
Add diced pears, mix well and transfer the mixture into a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
Bake for about 30-40 minutes until the surface is golden. Let cool completely before serving.
