Siamo a Giovedì carissimi e come promesso eccoci allo STEP 3 della mia ricetta segreta, per oggi il Frosting alla Philadelphia che vi servirà per la decorazione dei miei cupcakes (adesso avete capito a cosa serviva fare la Philadelphia fatta in casa?)! Voi adesso direte: ma come 3 step, anzi 4, per dei semplici cupcakes? Ma vi assicuro che questi cupcakes non sono i soliti ma sono tutti particolari. Incuriositi eh? Il prossimo giovedì scoprirete tutta la ricetta completa ma per adesso non dimenticare i primi passi ed immaginate il risultato finale! Per oggi io sono un po’ K.O. ma vi prometto che tornerò più attiva e con nuove ricette magari anche salate.
Step 1: Philadelphia home made;
Step 2: Marshmallow fondant;
Step 3: Frosting alla Philadelphia.
Ingredienti:
– 240 g di Philadelphia fatta in casa o Philadelphia a panetto
– 120 g di burro a temperatura ambiente
– 190 g di zucchero a velo
– 1 bustina di vanillina
PREPARAZIONE:
In una ciotola mettete il burro a temperatura ambiente e la Philadelphia fatta in casa, lavorate il tutto con le fruste elettriche finché non avrete un composto cremoso.
Adesso aggiungete lo zucchero a velo e la vanillina. Montate il tutto per almeno 5 minuti. Dopodiché mettete il tutto dentro una sach a poche e decorate i vostri Cupcakes.
