di ricotta e spinac<\/strong>i \u00e8 una di quelle ricette che sorprendono al primo assaggio: <strong>semplice<\/strong> negli ingredienti, ma <strong>ricco di gusto<\/strong> e perfetto per portare in tavola qualcosa di <strong>leggero<\/strong> senza rinunciare alla soddisfazione.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-altervista-paragraph\">E\u2019 un secondo piatto vegetariano delicato, <strong>morbidissimo<\/strong> all\u2019interno, ma che nello stesso tempo non si sbriciola al taglio. Ideale anche per chi non ama particolarmente le verdure, e la dimostrazione pi\u00f9 convincente \u00e8 che sono riuscita a farlo mangiare con gusto anche a mio figlio \ud83d\ude00<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-altervista-paragraph\">Gli spinaci (o le bietole) si sposano alla perfezione con la ricotta, mentre la cottura in forno (o friggitrice ad aria) regala una <strong>superficie leggermente dorata<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-altervista-paragraph\"><strong>Facilissimo<\/strong> e <strong>velocissimo<\/strong> da preparare, \u00e8 <strong>ideale<\/strong> anche per essere preparato in anticipo e servito <strong>freddo<\/strong>, soprattutto per le calde giornate estive!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-altervista-paragraph\">Prima di passare alla
