Tasty<\/em> del luned\u00ec oggi vi offre qualche idea per fare la pausa di met\u00e0 mattina o la merenda pomeridiana con qualcosa di fresco. Il caldo estivo \u00e8 arrivato e almeno per oggi vogliamo bandire i forni accesi! La mia ricetta \u00e8 fresca e floreale: dei <strong>bicchierini di kefir con pesche al sambuco<\/strong>. \ud83c\udf51\ud83c\udf3f<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-altervista-paragraph\">Sono dei semplici <strong>bicchierini di kefir<\/strong> che nella versione <em>minimal<\/em>, solo con<strong> pesche <\/strong>e <strong>sciroppo di sambuco<\/strong>, sono ottimi non solo per la merenda ma anche come dessert, per un fine pasto leggero e sano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-altervista-paragraph\">Aggiungendo <strong>farro soffiato e noci<\/strong> diventano una merenda completa: il farro soffiato aggiunge all&#8217;insieme la necessaria quota di carboidrati, oltre a un accenno di gusto &#8216;rustico&#8217; che ben contrasta con la nota fiorita del sambuco, mentre le noci danno quel giusto effetto <em>crunchy<\/em> che nelle merende e negli snack non pu\u00f2 mancare. \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-altervista-paragraph\">Come sapete, a me piace dolcificare il kefir con lo sciroppo d&#8217;agave (conoscete gi\u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.giallozafferano.it\/catiaincucina\/dolcificare-il-kefir-con-sciroppo-dagave\/\" type=\"post\" id=\"6913\">questa ricetta<\/a>?), ma in questo periodo ho in frigo un paio di barattoli di <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.giallozafferano.it\/catiaincucina\/ricetta-sciroppo-di-fiori-di-sambuco\/\" type=\"recipe\" id=\"32037\">sciroppo di fiori di sambuco<\/a> (la mia nuova produzione di quest&#8217;anno!) che sto utilizzando per addolcire il mio kefir quotidiano. di sambuco, mettere a colare il kefir di latte, usando un apposito colino di tessuto, oppure un colino classico foderato con un tovagliolo (lavato senza detersivi).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-altervista-paragraph\">\ud83d\udc49 io ho usato un filtro riutilizzabile per caff\u00e8 americano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-altervista-paragraph\">\ud83d\udc49 Piccolo dettaglio da considerare: considerare che dopo la colatura il peso del kefir, ovviamente, diminuisce (per ottenere 150 g di prodotto colato consiglio di partire da circa 200 g di kefir).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-altervista-paragraph\">\ud83d\udc49 Il tempo di colatura dipende da quanto liquido \u00e8 il kefir di partenza o da quanto denso dovr\u00e0 essere il colato da utilizzare. Il kefir che ho utilizzato per questa ricetta era di per s\u00e9 gi\u00e0 piuttosto denso per cui l&#8217;ho lasciato colare solo per un&#8217;ora, lo stesso tempo di riposo dei pezzetti di pesca.
