TORTA SETTE VASETTI

Dosi: 6 persone
Ingredienti:
2 vasetti farina 00
1 vasetto farina fecola o Maizena
3 uova
1 vasetto di latte
1 vasetto di olio di semi di girasole, io ho messo semi vari
1 vasetto di Jogurt naturale da 125 ml, io ho sostituito con panna da cucina
1 vasetto di Grana
1 bistina di lievito per dolci
1 pizzico di sale
Per il ripieno:
160 g di formaggio scamorza o provola, io ho messo anche cheddar
80 g di olive verdi denocciolate
Timo qb
Maggiorana qb
Preparazione:
Tagliare a dadini piccoli i formaggi e il salame, fare abbrustolire il bacon e spezzettarlo,
scolare bene le olive.
Tritare molto fenemente il timo e la maggiorana.
Se usate la planetaria mettete la frusta e nella ciotola mettete il vasetti di jogurt e di grana e fate amalgamare,
aggiungete solo i tuorli delle vostre uova, il sale e l’olio. A parte setacciate le farine con la bustina di lievito e unite a cucchiaiate all’impasto.
Sempre mescolando aggiungete il vasetto di latte. L’impasto deve risultare bello denso.
Ora potete unire a mano i formaggi, il salame de il bacon, amalgamate bene il tutto, mettete anche le olive, io le ho tritate un pochino, il tino e la maggiorana.
Adesso montate gli albumi a neve ben ferma e uniteli al composto girandoli delicatamente dall’alto in basso per non farli smontare.
Imburrate una tortiera con cerniera da 24 cm. e foderatela con carta forno, versate il composto
e via in forno caldo a 180 gradi per 35 minuti, sara’ cotta quando la superfice sara’ bella dorata, la torta va servita tiepida e… Buon Appetito….
