meringhe<\/strong> in modo semplice ed infallibile?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-altervista-paragraph\">Parliamo di <strong>Meringa<\/strong>, una delle preparazioni pi\u00f9 eleganti, eteree e capricciose della pasticceria! \u00c8 una vera e propria nuvola dolce che, nonostante la sua apparente semplicit\u00e0 (solo albumi e zucchero), nasconde dei <strong>piccoli segreti<\/strong> per la sua perfezione. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-altervista-paragraph\">Come per molte ricette classiche, le origini della meringa sono dibattute, ma la storia pi\u00f9 accreditata la lega a una localit\u00e0 e a un pasticciere del XVIII secolo:<br>L&#8217;Origine Svizzera ( La teoria pi\u00f9 popolare attribuisce l&#8217;invenzione a un pasticciere svizzero di nome <strong>Gasparini<\/strong>, che viveva a <strong>Meiringen<\/strong> (un villaggio nel Canton Berna). Si narra che sia stato lui a perfezionare la tecnica e a dare il nome alla preparazione, appunto &#8220;Meringa&#8221;, intorno al 1720.<br><strong>La Popolarit\u00e0 Francese:<\/strong> La meringa divenne molto popolare in Francia grazie alla regina <strong>Maria Antonietta<\/strong>, che era una grande appassionata di dolci. Lei stessa, si dice, amava preparare la meringa e contribu\u00ec a renderla una preparazione d&#8217;\u00e9lite nelle corti europee.<br><strong>Le Ricette Antiche:<\/strong> In realt\u00e0, preparazioni simili a base di albumi montati a neve e zucchero erano note in diverse culture da secoli, ma \u00e8 con il nome &#8220;Meringa&#8221; e con la tecnica perfezionata che questa preparazione \u00e8 entrata nella storia della pasticceria moderna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-altervista-paragraph\">Ecco che ve lo spiego in maniera semplice e veloce, potete utilizzare una sacca da pasticcere con bocchetta a stella come ho fatto io, oppure una bocchetta liscia, potete farle grandi come in questa foto oppure pi\u00f9 piccole da mangiare in un sol boccone, unica differenza il tempo di cottura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-altervista-paragraph\">Per queste meringhe grandi 6 o 7 cm di diametro ci vogliono 2 ore, per quelle piccoline bastano 40 minuti, ad ogni modo dovete stare attenti al proprio forno perch\u00e9 si sa che tutti i forni cuociono in maniera diversa e se le cuocete troppo rischiate di avere delle meringhe di colore class=\"wp-block-altervista-paragraph\">Una volta montati a neve fermissima fate la prova alzando le fruste deve rimanere l&#8217;albume montato facendo una punta sulla frusta quindi aggiungete lo class=\"wp-block-altervista-paragraph\">Inserite il composto in una sacca da pasticcere con bocchetta a stella.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-altervista-paragraph\">Foderate una teglia da forno con la carta forno e formate le meringhe, se grandi fate un giro largo e poi piano piano salite in su per formare il ciuffo.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-altervista-step
