Tiramisù di salmone affumicato e avocado

Il nostro tiramisù di salmone affumicato e avocado combina molti ingredienti preferiti di coloro che amano mangiare e preparare il cibo. Questo delizioso tiramisù è una confezione molto carina e un antipasto speciale da servire in occasioni speciali. Anche se è molto semplice da mettere insieme e farà un pranzo leggero perfetto.

Il mascarpone è molto versatile. Funziona bene in entrambi i piatti dolci e salati e senza troppa immaginazione, abbiamo aggiunto il nostro all’avocado per creare il nostro tiramisù salato.

Tiramisù di salmone affumicato e avocado – 4 persone

  • 4 fette di salmone affumicato
  • 125 g di mascarpone
  • 100 g di panna montata
  • 2 uova
  • ½ pompelmo
  • 1 avocado
  • 4 Blinis
  • 1 cucchiaino di scorza di limone
  • Erba cipollina
  • Sale e Pepe

  1. Sbucciare il pompelmo e rimuovere i segmenti con un coltello. Riservali e drena il succo in eccesso.
  2. Rimuovi la carne dall’avocado. Schiaccia con una forchetta, aggiungendo sale, pepe e un po ‘di pompelmo per evitare l’ossidazione.
  3. Taglia i blinis al diametro dei bicchieri da portata. Disporli nella parte inferiore di ciascuno.
  4. Aggiungere la crema di avocado, quindi decorare con strisce di salmone affumicato e segmenti di pompelmo.
  5. Sbatti delicatamente il mascarpone e le uova e un po ‘di sale. Piegare delicatamente la panna montata. Guarnire ogni bicchiere con il mascarpone, quindi decorare con erba cipollina e scorza di limone.

Nearly all foods served at an Italian table have been gathered from someones garden or field, and is then served alongside homemade, pasta, gnocchi, and countless dishes that could not be recounted in this tiny space since each family's knowledge is unique ... well, you can only imagine. I have walked Rome, climbed to the top of the Vatican, seen Milan, Venice, the Cinque Terre, climbed mountains, walked The Path of the Gods, wandered the great city of Napoli, lived on the little Island of Ponza and gathered a pile of friends, family and photographs as well as invalueable experience along the way. I became a new immigrant to the U.S.A on December 15th, 2013. With the support of many great friends and a passion (bordering on obsession), I am here in search of the American Dream and to bring you the natural flavours and vibrant colours of Italy. All my pasta, gnocchi and biscotti are made by hand just as I saw Italians do in homes and good restaurants all over Italy, every day and sometimes, twice a day.
