Allora noi presentiamo un piatto ricco di verdure, nostro lasagna insalata con salsa di pomodoro giallo e melanzane.

Tenendo presente che la pasta è servita come un piatto di antipasto in Italia e che la nostra caponata è molto ricco, abbiamo fatto le nostre porzioni sul lato piccolo.

Ingredienti: Ingredienti per 4 persone

Lasagna insalata con salsa di pomodoro giallo e melanzane

  1. In una pentola portare acqua a bollore, salare e cuocere per appena passato la fase al dente la lasagna un foglio alla volta.
  2. Fate asciugare su un canavaccio i fogli di lasagne e lasciateli raffreddare.
  3. Tagliate ogni foglio di lasagna a dimensione del pomodoro tagliato.
  4. Sul fondo spargete la salsa di pomodoro giallo e alternate i fogli di lasagne alla caponata.
  5. Finite di guarnire il composto con uno strato di caponata e salsa di pomodoro, spargete il prezzemolo fresco.
  6. Condire con olio d’oliva e aceto balsamico.
  7. Servire!

I have walked Rome, climbed to the top of the Vatican, seen Milan, Venice, the Cinque Terre, climbed mountains, walked The Path of the Gods, wandered the great city of Napoli, lived on the little Island of Ponza and gathered a pile of friends, family and photographs as well as invalueable experience along the way. I became a new immigrant to the U.S.A on December 15th, 2013. With the support of many great friends and a passion (bordering on obsession), I am here in search of the American Dream and to bring you the natural flavours and vibrant colours of Italy. All my pasta, gnocchi and biscotti are made by hand just as I saw Italians do in homes and good restaurants all over Italy, every day and sometimes, twice a day.
