Fettuccine con pancetta e spinaci Fettuccine con pancetta e spinaci: Le fettuccine e’ una delle paste fresche più popolari che facciamo, e quando abbiamo un po di tempo ci piace cucinare un piatto o due di fettuccine.

Dopo una giornata intensa di lavoro le fettuccine con pancetta e spinaci e’ un piatto veloce e gustoso.

Ingredienti per 2

  • 250 gr di The Big Dream Factory fettuccine italiano fresche 
  • 100 gr di pancetta a dadini
  • 1 cipolla media rossa, affettato grossolanamente
  • 100 gr di spinaci freschi
  • 100 gr di crema di formaggio Philladelphia
  • 1/4 cucchiaino di pepe nero appena macinato

  1. Portate una pentola di acqua leggermente salata a bollore.
  2. Nel frattempo, in una padella larga a fuoco medio, aggiungere l’olio, la pancetta e la cipolla fino a quando la pancetta è croccante e la cipolla caramellata.
  3. Aggiungere il pepe e gli spinaci e cuocere fino a quando gli spinaci sono appassiti, togliere dal fuoco e coprire.
  4. Nel frattempo, aggiungere le fettuccine in acqua e cuocere per 1 – 2 minuti (per la pasta fresca)
  5. Scolare la pasta e aggiungerla alla pancetta e spinaci con il formaggio.
  6. Girare con attenzione la pasta fino a quando è bene amalgamata.
  7. Servire.

It is no different in the kitchen. Nearly all foods served at an Italian table have been gathered from someones garden or field, and is then served alongside homemade, pasta, gnocchi, and countless dishes that could not be recounted in this tiny space since each family's knowledge is unique ... well, you can only imagine. I have walked Rome, climbed to the top of the Vatican, seen Milan, Venice, the Cinque Terre, climbed mountains, walked The Path of the Gods, wandered the great city of Napoli, lived on the little Island of Ponza and gathered a pile of friends, family and photographs as well as invalueable experience along the way. I became a new immigrant to the U.S.A on December 15th, 2013. With the support of many great friends and a passion (bordering on obsession), I am here in search of the American Dream and to bring you the natural flavours and vibrant colours of Italy. All my pasta, gnocchi and biscotti are made by hand just as I saw Italians do in homes and good restaurants all over Italy, every day and sometimes, twice a day.
